Man arrested for kidnapping driver |  Ludhiana News

Ludhiana: Khanna police have arrested an unidentified person for kidnapping a pickup driver. The police were acting on a complaint filed by Prince, son of victim Raj Kumar (53). Prince had alleged in his complaint that he and his father were at a transport company in the evening of June 26 when a person approached them and asked for help for his vehicle which he claimed was loaded with vegetables and had broken down near Gurudwara Manji Sahib. He asked them to tow his vehicle and leave it at Amloh Road Market in Khanna. The complainant said that the accused went with his father in their Bolero pickup at 8 pm and after 20-25 minutes his father’s mobile phone was unreachable when he tried to contact him. Khanna police have registered a case. tnn
