Taylor Swift’s European Tour Highlights Her Passion for Kebabs

The European leg of pop star Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour has highlighted a small but delicious detail: the star’s passion for kebabs.

The 34-year-old American singer has developed a penchant for Kentish Delight, a modest kebab shop in London that she discovered through her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn, which she claimed was the best kebab shop in the city.

Ahead of her concert at Wembley Stadium on Friday, Taylor Swift and her team pre-ordered a selection from Kentish Delight, causing long lines to form outside the restaurant.

Ahmed Khan, owner of Kentish Delight, revealed that the order, which consisted mainly of chicken kebabs, was large enough to feed 15 people and cost around £100 ($126.28). In an interview with the BBC, Khan also shared: “We get a lot of orders from Taylor Swift. She often comes in and orders from us, she likes the food, and then they decided to shoot a music video for ‘End Game’ here,” he added.

The business, said to be Swift’s favourite kebab takeaway in London, even featured in her music video for the song “End Game”.

Khan was happy to be Swift’s favourite kebab shop in London and noted that Swift and her team tipped generously.

The revelation follows previous instances where Taylor Swift’s name has been linked to the restaurant, prompting Kentish Delight to introduce a special kebab named after the artist to its menu.

Staff at Kentish Delight, a restaurant in northern England, said they are now offering a Swift Kebab, a recipe featuring sliced garlic, turmeric, red pepper and a special sauce.
